Question

Hi Aaroni, Could you please clarify a few things. 1)A lady asked about a cereal with oat flour and you answered Kosher for Pesach for all. Isn't oat flour one of the 5 minay dagan? 2) The guy who wanted chulent fri. night where everything is mutar. But that's only if the chulent is completely cooked (which, granted, it usually is). If not, you can't even lift the lid. Isn't that a valid caveat? 3) You mentioned you can put chicken into an oven to warm if the oven is set below yad soledes. What happened to michazee kemavashel when it comes to an oven (as opposed to a warming drawer which can Never become hot enough to cook). Kedairah al gabi kadeirah is the only way to reheat a davar yavaish on a stove. Isn't directly into an oven forbidden? 4) What's the deal with the popcorn on the Pesach list that's Kosher for all. Wht isn't there a Kitnios problem for us poor Ashkenazim. Thanks Shmuel

1) See ouir FAQ's 2) Not exactly as you present it. 3) Talk to Rabbi A. about that... 4) Corn is Kitniyot? They didn't have corn in Europe until they started importing it from America. Besides, if you follow a Rav for everything, like we all should, we can then follow and should then follow all his Minhagim..... AA
