I started reading your post and read up to the part of "if Rav Moshe Feinstein etc." and stopped reading. Your statement borders on apikoreses. The Torah is very clear that if our Chachomim (Shoftim) say "right is left and left is right" we are obligated to follow them. For someone who has gone though Shas I can't imagine you didn't go through Chumash and Rashi. I would strongly recommend that you speak to a Rov (yours?) and ask him all the questions that you are afraid to ask. You appear to have a lack of Emuna.
