They're probably all Kosher, at least for dairy. Any Rabbanut should be OK for dairy. AA Kavod Harav, why would one part of the rabbanut hashgacha be acceptable and one not ( dairy= yes, meat= no) ? arent there issues with bugs and maaser etc...? just curious thanx!!! Chaim
