Rabbi Glixman

Question

Rabbi Glixman is a very respected Rav here in Miami. My personal experience with Rabbi Glixman's very strict kashrut supervision (the Rav supervises Israeli embassy dinners and other State affairs that are held in Miami) is that when an affair is scheduled for Motzai Shabbat, Rabbi Glixman insists that one of his personal Mashgiah's be hired to spend Shabbat on site in order to ensure that no food prep or other forbidden melacha is done over Shabbat. Can you imagine THAT???? I highly recommend that anyone who has the opportunity to meet Rabbi Glixman do so, I do not believe that we have enough opportunities in this life to meet many such neshamot. Anyway, the ride to Homestead (45min south of Miami) is unforgettably desolate.
