razors

can you please educate me - i have been told growing up that razors on men are asur. i see thats not true and i do use it on the back of my neck, where else can i use a razor for shaving purposes - referring to the face neck chin under the chin etc where must i not use it - i dont want to cross the line

Not on the sideburns until below the ear & not on the normal beard areas. All else is fine. AA
