Question

Dear Rav, Thanks for the detailed answer. I`ve often wondered why corn dirivitives ( like corn flakes, or corn oil) were not permitted to Ashkenazim, similar to peanut oil. Corn doesn`t look like kitnyos. Any ideas? Thanks, Martin

Corn isn't Kitniyot, and neither are peanuts. This Kitniyot thing is going a little too far. AA
