re. cut fruit

Question

Dear Rabbi, Somebody asked: Is one allowed to eat fruit that was cut by a hotel or large supermarket chain (Waldbaums etc.) kitchen? My question is for all fruit and in particular pineapple? You replied yes. Is there any situation in which cut fruit would not be OK? Thanks Martin

If the fruit was planted in Israel during the Year of Shmitah. If you didn't pay for them. If you are allergic to them. ........ AA
