I'm sorry that my question was unclear. I have a two-part question: 1. Is flavored lip gloss acceptable for weekday use? 2. Does one have to take special precautions to avoid getting the lip gloss onto one's food? For example, since I always apply hand cream to my hands before shabbos, I was told that I should wash my hands with soap in addition to regular washing before eating bread Friday night, so that the cream does not get on my food. Does that apply to lip gloss? Thank you.
