Question

Dear rabbi Abadi: Your response on Haagen Daaz indicated that it is cholov yisroel. Does this rely on the view that stam milk in civilized countries is deemed cholov yisroel, or is there something else to it. Chassidim for example do not rely on this view. Thank you.

There is only one view in Halachah. Those who don't agree are certainly not Chassidim!? AA
