The Dreaded 3 Day YomTov

Question

Dear Rabbi Abadi Upon checking the calendar this year I noted to my horror that we are facing a 3 day YomTov (Thurs, Fri, Sat). Can you please advise if: 1. it is permissible to celebrate only 1 seder (on Wed night) and forego the festivities on Thurs night. 2. it is permissible to shower or bathe on Friday prior to Shabbat for 'kavod shabbat'. Thank you
