Question

Regarding your view of chassidim that do not hold of regular milk being cholov yisroel, you refered to it as a "halacha" that it is. Not to be rude, but, I have yet to see it stated in shulchan aruch that milk from a civilized country is cholov yisroel. Not to diminish your ruling, but it is an inference from the shulchan aruch, it is not completely spelled out. To call those who try to hold to what they deem as a "higher" level of kashrush as not chassidim, I think you are doing a disservice to yourself. If they wish to hold it being cholov akum and paymore for a lesser product, that is there choice, but lets not get to name calling. Sorry if I am being to musardik, but this wedsite has more to offer than insults. Adar Dear rabbi Abadi: Your response on Haagen Daaz indicated that it is cholov yisroel. Does this rely on the view that stam milk in civilized countries is deemed cholov yisroel, or is there something else to it. Chassidim for example do not rely on this view. Thank you.
