Sacremento Tomato Juice - Also a General Question

Question

Sacremento Tomato Juice contains: Tomato Concentrate (Water, Tomato Paste), Salt, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid). Is this Kosher for Passover - specifically for Ashkenazim? Also, is it acceptable under Jewish law to leave us to our own devices and judgment in determining whether an item is Kosher L'Pesach? Under your guidelines it would appear unnecessary to ask about every product under every label.

1) Kosher for Pesach for All 2) Only ask about ingredients that you are unfamiliar with. The item above, for example, there was no need to ask about the water, tomato paste, or salt, because they are certainly OK. Maybe you could have questioned the Vitamin C, (which is always OK anyway). AA
