C #2 CYA I'm a bit confused- AA has written on numerous occasions that it depends on the minhag of the community- here are some to name a few- "The amount of covering of hair depends on the custom of the observant Jews in your community. AA" "This is complicated and depends on the custom of the 100% observant Jews in that area. It's hard to set a definitive rule. AA" Bu now it seems like CYA is writing asur- Please clarify.
