i wanted to explain the question again to be sure that i was clear and because i would like to understand the reason behind the answer. i was offered a job a second time working for GAN EZRA. they have an early intervention program for children and they help coordinate services for the children. they rent space in a conservative shul buillding. there are many frum people working for them.GAN EZRA is a separate entity from the shul.
