Question

Dear Rabbi, As the FDA is now our kashrut agency of choice, we have to go by their rules. The law is that if juice is from concentrate, it MUST be stated on the lable, and anything labeled" pure juice", has to be. Welchs assured me they do not do private labelling for Kedem or anybody else, and they pointed out to me that Kedem is the only major pure juice producer in the US. I`m trying to find out if they( Kedem) crush their own juice or buy it from one of the Concord Grape Growers. Will advise. As I said before, pure juice does deserve a premium price, but let the market decide how much of one. This is making me thirsty Cheers, Martin
