Dear Rabbi, If a non-Shabbat observant Jew poured himself a glass of non-mevushal wine, would he drinking treif? Would his bracha be levatel? Cheers, Martin

You would be surprised to discover how many non-Shabbat-observant Jews believe in Hashem deeply. Of course they are wrong to be mechaleil Shabbat, but you interpret the Chilul Shabbat incorrectly.
