In Sebastian's last question: 10) If so, does one have to remove all contents from the package torn on Shabbat and throw away and/or destroy the package as it is now a keli? You answered: 10) Not in our generation.... What was meant by this? Thank you

In our generation, they don't normally take, for example, a tuna fish can and reuse it as a new container (Keili). We don't say that when you open a plastic bottle, that you just created a bottle, because we use it & then throw out the bottle. AA
