No (unless it tickles your leg) AA Kavod Harav, although the Rav stated that one is not required to wear his tzitzit out, is one allowed to? ive seen in the Mishneh Brurah that it can possibly be assur B'makom Goyim to wear them out, as i have also seen it might be a mitzvah to? Thank You, Chaim
