really dry lips

Question

i have really dry lips and they are always cracked and bleeding. i put on vaseline at least 6 times a day to sooth the pain. is there any way i can put on something (aside from lip gloss which doesn't help it) on shabbos so that my lips don't really hurt and bleed? thank you!
