reheating liquids

Question

Dear Rabbi Abadi, Is reheating a liquid on shabbat forbidden? What about a food that is solid in the fridge, but turns liquid when heated (chicken fat, lasagna, etc)? What about a cooked, frozen soup—a big soup ice cube—only to turn to liquid when reheated? Is there a general rule that you could share with us regarding the reheating of not-so-solid foods?
