Sefer torah

Question

Shalom rav, Sometimes I see Sifrei torah are different in the writing alignment. For example the page starts on a different pasuk, or when it is a parsha stuma or petucha there are two words on that line instead of three or vice versa (for example the last line of the torah it would only be kol yisrael (le-ay-nay would be on the previous line)). Is this a kosher torah to read from? thank you
