Question

1. Doesn't the mechaber say to keep the minhagim of the omer until 34 of the omer? 2. should sefardim put on tefillin on the mincha of a fast? 3. can we listen to music (taped) during the sefira?

1) The Minhag of Sephardim is not like that Mechaber, hence we don't say Tachanun on Lag Baomer. The Mechaber's opinion would say Tachanun. 2) Follow the Minhag of the Shul. 3) Whatever is permitted all year regarding taped music, is OK during Sefirah. Example. All classical is fine. A person who needs a little chearing up is OK with any music. Children on a road trip is OK. AA
