Shabat and Pesah

Question

1. Can one open a fold-up stroller on Shabbat? 2. If someone feeds his cow hametz, is there a problem milking the cow and drinking the milk on Pesah?

1) Yes, just like a folding chair. Umbrellas should logically be the same, but I'm not going to say anything that will get me into trouble. 2) We'll talk about it after you get the cow. AA
