Shabbat
Question
1. What is the reason non-Jewish workers at a kosher hotel can clean the dishes with hot water on Shabbat? 2. If your refrigerator breaks on Shabbat, can you have a non-Jew fix it (if he is your neighbor and you don't have to use a telephone to call him)?
Answer
Answered by Aaron Abadi1) There is no law against the hot water by a non-Jew 2) Not. But if there will be a Hefsed Merubah (large loss), or there is a child or sick person that would need it, it's OK AA
