skittles

Question

I have a couple of questions concerning kashrut that i hope you dont mind answering: 1)Is skittles kosher and is it kosher for pesach? 2)Is the coke SLURPEE and cheery ICEE kosher for pesach? 3)is starburst soft candys kosher and are they kosher for pesach? and 4) I person once asked you if it is allowed to bring your sandwich in to a non-kosher resteranut and eat it, and you answered not a problem and you quoted the rambam in hilchot deo't perek chamshi, but i could not find it, is that the correct quote or is it something else? thank you.
