Shabbat

Question

1. Is there any problem kicking the ball on the grass with one of my little kids? It is not a serious game, and nothing is being leveled off. 2. Can my non-Jewish babysitter use my car on Shabbat to go out and get herself a coffee or something similar that has nothing to do with me?
