Shabbat oven

Question

"I understood that you couldn't close the oven (or drawer) all the way because of "hatmanah." Is that not an issue? tia original question Q. How do you recommend heating up chicken and gravy on Shabbat?

Put it into a "warming drawer" or an oven that is set to a lower tempature, to a point that it can never get hotter than about 125 degrees (Yad Soledet Bo). AA
