Shabbos

Question

A friend has a ticket for a sporting event that will be held on Shabbos. He put it up for sale and was approached by Mr.A, a non-religious Jew who wanted to by the ticket for Mr. B, another non-religious Jew: Is my friend allowed to sell the ticket to Mr.A? How about if we are unsure if Mr. B is Jewish? Thank you for your time
