Question

I went to myzmanim.com and saw that the earliest time one could fulfill the mitzvah of tefillin for today is 6:19. So if the shul starts davening at 6AM you will still be in your tallit and tefillin 19 minutes later. Do you say another berakhah on them at 6:19.

"another berakhah?" The first Blessing should be after the right time. AA
