1) No need to panic. It is in the Talmud. It's brought down in the Rishonim. The Shulchan Aruch brings it with no argument from the Ram"a. It's a Halachah that is very clear without any argument. Sorry! 2) Please clarify your question. What age? Talking about what? Where? etc... AA
