Yom Tov

Question

I am eating over someone's house Simchat Torah night. Can I bring over a bottle of wine on Shemini Atzeret, or is that considered preparing from one day of Yom Tov for the other. Also can I bring over some blankets and other stuff that my children might use that night (same problem, doing something on first day for second day)
