Showers on Shabbos

Question

I read you previous posts that there is no problem of bishul if the hot water heater is set under 125 degrees. My only question is that even if it is below 125, still, when one uses the water and new water is added into the tank, doesn't that cause the fire inside to increase which is a melachah deoraisa of mavviar? Please clarify the issue for me and tell if I'm wrong.

When you open the door to your house in the summer, you let in hot air, and you make the air conditioner go on. Same with the heat in the winter. Same with the refrigerator. It is called a "Gerama," an indirect action, and it is OK on Shabbat. AA
