Shulchan hamelech

Question

Could the Rav please elaborate on the concept of shulchan hamelech and how it relates to bishul akum? Please pardon my ignorance on these matters. I'm Particularly interested in light of an earlier post that stated:

All the above have problems of "Bishul Akum" (cooking of a non-Jew). AA Couldn't these items be served on a king's table?
