Question

Kvod HaRav, What is your opinion on the issue of holding according to one Rav for issue A, holding by another Rav on issue B, and by a third Rav on issue C? Is it halachicly imperative to choose a single authority upon which to rely, across the board for all issues, or can one pick and choose?
