Spring Rolls 2

Question

Dear Rabbi Abedi, In January you wrote me that Gloria's Spring Rolls were "maybe not" kosher. These are the ingredients: Wrap: Rice, water, salt. Filling: Red cabbage, tofu, red leaf lettuce, green onion, cilantro, mint. Sauce: Soy sauce, white wine vinegar, peanut butter, honey, expeller processed sesame oil, ginger, lime juice, red pepper. Since the most obvious "maybe not" kosher ingredient is the white wine vinegar, but is not more than 1/6 of the total ingredients, I don't understand why it would "maybe not" be kosher. Could you explain, please. I hope you're having a good fast today, despite reading about all these delicious foods. Purim Sameach, Chaim Leib

You need to find out if red leaf lettuce contains bugs. I'm not so worried about the white wine vinegar. AA
