Stove Top Grill

Question

I bought a reversible stovetop grill/griddle. Can it be used one side for meat and the other side for dairy, or must it be just one or the other?

I don't know what looks like, but if you heat it good and hot before using it, until any absorbed food would be burned out, then you can use either side for anything. You are technically Kashering it before each use. AA
