Question

If one is allowed to eat tuna sandwiches made at Subway (under the explanation you gave), are they allowed to cut our sandwich, or even cut the bread open beforehand in order to stuff the sandwich? Reason being, chances are they used that same knife to cut through a meated sandwich prior to cutting our bread or sandwich.
