SUSHI

Question

I understand the problem of the rice. However, even if they are using the same cutting boards and utencils, the sushi , kosher or not , is all cold. There is no ta'am being had here. Also, the knife is a giant stainless steel - non porous material. Most 0f the better sushi restaurants that I have been to overseas wipe the counter clean and even dip the knife in a bowl of water in between different kinds of fish . rgds Abie
