Question

With your permission Rabbi Abadi, I would like to say that people seem to be missing the point of this Q&A forum. This site is to ask for P'sak, to receive straightforward answers and to disabuse people of the notion that everything in the world needs a hashgaha. This is not a forum to question the P'sak or engage in learning (meaning theoretical learning - to ask questions as to the particulars of the P'sak, i.e. in what situations it applies &c, is clarification). As the Rabbi has mentioned, you need to find a Rav. Once you have found your Rav, you follow his P'sak. Each person has the right to come to their own understanding of Halacha, and your choosing a Rav is because you don't know the Halacha well enough, so you have to choose someone you trust and think is qualified to determine it for you. If you choose Rabbi Abadi, all well and good. If you choose another, all well and good. If you want to learn, then learn (and your Rav for learning might be a different Rav than for P'sak). But please do not start dragging other opinions into Rabbi Abadi's P'sak. I am sure that the Rabbi would create another forum for discussing the issues that he disagrees with other poskim on and why. Thank you again Rabbi
