Swimming on Shabbat

Question

Dear Rabbi, Is it permissible to swim in a backyard swimming pool on Shabbat? (our city has an eiruv). Are there any special considerations?

Shulchan Aruch says that it's OK. Be sure to use a Nylon bathing suit, so you don't have to worry about squeezing the water from it.... AA
