TCBY and Starbucks

Question

I see people eating TCBY yogurt all over. Is it kosher, who certifies it kosher? Also, can one drink frappacino at starbucks. It is a slushy mixture of coffe, ice, and ??? Please give reason and explanation to your answer Thanks
