Question

i read the Q and A on einsteins tuna and would like to know if there are other vegetables in the runa that were sliced with a knife, are there any issues with kashrut with that? when does cutting food with a knife pose a problem with kashrut? what should i be concerned about when going to Einsteins Bagel or other bagel stores/cafeterias and ordering bagel with tuna?
