Can you make tea by pouring hot water into a cup straigth from the urn and then stick a tea bag nito that first cup (kli rishon) on shabbos?

Yes! That first cup is Keli Sheni. The urn is actually the Keli Rishon (if it is heated in the urn). Aaron Abadi
