Tea with sugar and lemon

Rabbi, Please advise the correct and proper sequence for preparing tea with sugar and freshe lemon juice (squeezed) on shabbat. The hot water comes from a heated urn. Many thanks,

squeeze the lemon into the sugar. Put an empty cup under the spout and then fill it with boiling hot water. Put the teabag into the cup and/or the lemon & sugar. AA
