Kavod Harav: Please tell me -- 1. Why do Sephardim sit when they wrap the tefillin on the arm and Ashkenazim stand? 2. Can you briefly describe the content of your father's book? I just want to know before purchasing. Todah Rabah, Yakov

1) It's from Kabbalah. 2) It is an in-depth Question and Answer book on various Halachic Topics in Hebrew. It is only helpful to advanced Talmudic students. Otherwise, this site is for everyone. AA
