IF OATS IS NOT ONE OF THE 5 GRAINS THEN WHAT IS THE 5TH GRAIN?

I wish I knew, but it must be from the wheat or barley families. If we didn't have a name for it and oats didn't exist, can we vote corn or rice for that spot? Clearly not! It is Ok to not know the 5th grain, and still not add grains that are surely not correct. It might be Emmers Wheat or the like. AA
