the Three Oaths

Ive heard people say that we arent allowed to fight the arabs to take over eretz Yisrael. Im more drawn to what Rabbi Meir Kahane writes. Rabbi Kahane says that the three oaths are null and void now because the goyim broke their end of the deal, by overzealously persecuting the jews. He quotes some midrashim in which David HaMelech waged war on the benei Ammon, and against the descendants of Lavan, since they violated first. I find repulsive the Neturei Karta, and the poisonous hate they spread. What is this they say that we cant have a state, should we give it all up? I know what we have isnt the ideal, but shouldnt we fight to restore what we can!
