tire on shabbat

lechvod harav, is it mutar to fill up a bike tire with air on shabbat, or a ball considering you hold that a ball is not muktse. If not what melacha are you ove'r on. thanks

Metaken Mana means fixing something is assur. A chair is also not muksa. Can you fix it? No! CYA
