toilet soap

Question

I have a toilet disifectant hung over the side of the bowl. It is solid and releases a blue liquid every flush . I saw in an earlier post that you maintain this is not tzoveyah on shabbos. It was pointed out to me, however, that it might be a problem of molid reiach, as the package advertises that it releases a scent every time the water hits it. What is your opinion?
