Trip on Succos

Question

B'chvod H'Rav, I am taking a vacation trip to a resort hotel on Chol Hamoed, and there is no Succah where I am going. Do I have to buy one (they make "travelling" succas) or since I am travelling (Holech Baderech) I do not need one? Thanks.

If it is truly important to you to travel on Succot, you are exempt from the requirement of Succah while you travel. If you were to have a light travel Succah, it must be strong enough to stand in normal winds. AA
